Oh PS the Gx2350 is a twin bridged mono two times 75 watt amp inside, not a true 2 times 350 watt amp. It was a weekling of the Orion line and I have rebuilt several of them in my past life...C :)

For a long time I thought you and he were the same guy. I've always wondered "where in the he**" he can come up with all these amps that are supposedly "new". Especially the the old school stuff like the ms, mps amps.

That orion is probably cremated on the inside. he would show pics otherwise. Esp on a dead amp, noone should ever touch one unless you can have a looksee over the inards.

I think a few people thought Cecil was JOMA. But thank lord he isnt. Because if he was we would have ripped him into bits by now

The story I've always hear is that JOMA stole/borrowed Cecil's nick name in order to have some insta-streetcred.

People like that can suck it! Sometimes it's hard enough doing business on e-bay the way it is (fees, shipping fees, transit time, getting your stuff damaged in transit) let alone having to deal with someone who's being totally shady and deceptive. I've only been burned twice on e-Bay in the last 7 years, but luckily I was able to get my money back on both accounts.

yeah i sold andy one of my ti1200.1, at a very cheap rate, assuming it was getting a good home, then he turned around and sold it for almost 200 more than i charged him, dont worry , i learned, i dont mind saleing items cheap(fair rate), when i know someone is using, who appreciates pg, or collects it, but my lesson-i almost bought a reactor from justonemoreamp, but my gut was saying no way, so im glad i didnt

If ya havnt bought anything from the guy you shouldnt talk so much crap about him. I just bought a linear power xo3 crossover from him. He was asking 125.00 I got it for 100.00. Came in a big box for the size of the crossover. Had atleast 3 inches of bubble wrap around the item and more bubble wrap and peanuts in the box. He did me right. Always has.....

we have been watching this guy for years. how he prices gear, what he does to them are all his business. if he can sell an amp for more then i think its worth then more power to him.

and i dont think anyone has ever accused him on skimping on packaging or not sending and item.

the issues i have with him are

1st: shill bidding. He uses different eBay accounts and his friend Andy to bid on his own actions to rasie his own prices.

this isn't speculation. we have established this as FACT by referencing ip addresses and ISP accounts. eBay removes threads after a certain period of time. but you can watch the progression of items sold to certain users (ie, his alternate id's) that he sells again shortly after. (he will sometimes claim a non paying bidder won, but you can then watch him allow the same bidder [him] win the next action again

2nd is miss representing products. we have watch him win products from MEMBERS ON THIS BOARD (hence we know their history, condition etc) and him resell the same gear branded a NEW

this isn't hearsay or assumptions THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENS.

this is why JustOneMoreAmp is held in very ill regard to most members here

If in fact he did what your assuming to be true wouldnt ebay have issues with the way he conducts buisness. You guys make it sound like everything he does is out to rip people off. Iam not saying the guy is perfect. He might do some shady stuff like end an item early but I have no fact to prove it. And this is a known practice to sell an item and buy it yourself to sell it again to run your ebay score up so you look good to customers. Plus wheres all the ebay complaints. If he is as bad as you people believe how come he is stil listing items all the time.

Not to mention he stole the name "justonemoreamp" from our friend "1moreamp", in order to steal his internet credibility. There are many, many other reasons for our distaste with him.

The shill bidding he does is against eBay policy, but they really don't care. We've brought it to their attention numerous times. Their idea to fix the issue? Hide names of bidders to make shill bidding invisible to others.

My friend had 1 transaction with him, 1 too many it seems

Item described in excellent, those crap "never to be found in such good condition again in ebay" description to be found out later a repaired amp.

And item took longer to arrived giving reason the post office returned the item to shipper due to wrong address, and asked for additional shipping charges which my friend paid as it is a small amount

Not sure whether my friend filed complaint or left feedback on ebay. But for me I would stay away from him

I don't really have an explanation as to why he's still in business. we have files numerous complaints.

i think it could be because for eBay, this is a low priority. it doesn't effect their business. i don't mean to make it sound as though he exist for no other reason then to scam people. i think many times its just convent and he goes for it. i think now that sellers can't leave retaliatory feedback, his score will drop.
