I just grabbed one of these:

I'm in Colorado next week, so the install will be a while from now...but looking for some opinions.
Just purchased...any thoughts?

Oh yeah, for sure. I've never been a fan of double din, but this unit just screamed to be part of the Lexus dash!!

Pretty sweet head unit. No BS just very useful features. Bluetooth, I-pod & MP3 via USB. 11 Band EQ. Their better d/a's.
FWIW The only difference between the Premier and the regular line is the Premier version comes with the I-pod-USB cable. Otherwise it's the same piece with a Premier badge.
I've been thinking of using that myself. If I don't go with a Navi piece.

I actually kept coming back to this unit...I'd find something else that caught my attention, but always ended up back at the Premier...pretty much for the reasons you outline Greg.
I was looking for something with decent specs and a classy look.
