Why use the 406? The amps have crossovers as well... or do you need 24dB/oct?

I figured the 408 would give me extra control..Do i need it or should i go with a different model?I wanted the entire system to be PG.

i dont think you need it.
the rsd's have on board crossovers and the sub amp has a LPL...you are basicly using it as a expensive Y cable for your front and rear channels

RSD crossovers are way easier to adjust... turn a knob, rather than solder a chip to get the right crossover freq
