the only thing i would possibly change there is the sub cross over point, bring it down a bit, all depends what you want from your system, maybe 60hz as a starting point.....

I was thinking of using the MX2 for the subs for a while , so i can adjust the frequency till i get it right . I may lift the frequency on the T9m too.

I'm using the Elite 6's with the stock passive XO. Cutoff frequency is 3KHz. Your XO points look very close to where you would be if running the passive.
I'm running just under 240W (to the XO) with a Xenon 200.4 @4ohms. They sing nicely here. HP on amp is set at 130 Hz. I don't like using any lower frequency on the 6's because mid-bass is just not a strong point on them. Also using completely separate 6.5" mids for 60-300Hz mid-bass duties. Other half of the Xenon on Bandpass filter doing this. I would still prefer more mid-bass though, especially at lower volumes. Considering the Rsd mids because of the reviews I have heard from folks over here using them!

The Ti6 comps will be on the passive x-overs highpassed at 150hz
The lack of midbass was the reason for getting the T9m drivers. They will be mounted infront of the front seats in dedicated enclosures. hopefully this should do the trick.

I have a similar set-up only I use the 5 1/4's for mids and all active.
My freq. range on the 9's is roughly the same as your design idea. Like Marko states, you may want to play with the upper end of the subwoofer. My subs are cut-off at 60Hz with a 12db/oct slope.
The 9's are definitely at their best in an enclosure. Optimum sealed is .33 cu. ft. That's where mine are and they are very impressive.
When I first got the enclosures done and loaded the drivers, I decided to test them and find out what they were really capable of. I started with some midbass predominant jazz recordings. I was soo impressed I decided to run sine sweeps through them and see how low they could really go.
I turned off the x-over on the low end and let them play from 250Hz and down. Amazingly, with no subs on, these 9's were shaking my car! From the door! I demo it to all the guys at the shop and no one could believe just the 9's were playing. I did eventually get too carried away with it and smoked one of the 9's.
So they're not indestructible by any means. But a sealed enclosure will certainly give you some impressive results.

Belive it or not, I'm trying to keep the inside of the car looking as oem as possible.
This is a pic of door builds with the 6 in them.

Tweeters are low down on the A pillar, almost on the top of the dash aimed at the rear view mirror.
Hopefully the 9's will blend in too....
