And here is what the back side of the inserts will look like... I think I got them right, at least as close as I can come with pictures.

The power one will accept the old power blocks from the amps, but I will probably machine new ones to take 0 Awg wire instead of 4 Awg. The speaker terminals will fit 8 Awg, which is what I run for subs. I am going to have to make the speaker ones from scratch.

Anyhow, here are the models:

Well, I am off midnights, on one day off. Running on Zero sleep right now in the last 28 hours or so. I got the plastic EPs done for one ZPA. The pictures suck, and I apologize, but the shop cam sucks monkey nut and I am tired and shaky.

It's... just... not... fair...

Can you CNC me a wad of $100 bills so I can go buy my own machine and learn to be half as good as you?

Thanks guys, I can't wait to see it done either...

Here are some better pics taken out in the sun. They should show the detail a bit better.

Not only is it, but it makes me..... SICK!

When the finished product is presented to us, no doubt I'll have to brag that "I know that guy".

I made the speaker buss connectors and have them in the EP. I went with aluminum for now, I may just roll with it, it's conductivity is only about 20% lower than copper, and probably on par with brass, which is what most of the buss blocks are made of.

So I take it that yer gonna split the signal inside and only run 2 rca's into the EP.........
Those tender little burgers with them little, itty-bitty grilled onions that just explode in ya mouth like flavor crystals every time you bite into one.. just makes me want to burn this muthafuka down.... Come on, Pookie, let's burn this muthafuka down!!!

Yes, they are allen set screws. As for signal, the amps are mono amps, and can be set to use their left input only. I am going to remove the RCA connectors from the board all together, and use some old blue ZP signal cables I have to bring signal in. One amp will get the left signal, and one will get the right.

I am going to remove the speaker terminals as well and hard wire to the board. I have some Blue/Silver twisted 8Awg like the PG 12g stuff in some of the MS amps.

I have 5 feet I bought on here, in a box lot. It is just enough to do my amps, but I am fairly certain I have a bunch of 12g and 16g I got in the same lot and am not likely going to use. I will look later if you need some.

I have plenty of the 12 and 16.....the only 8 I have though is the black/silver stuff....which I don't care for

I guess I will just use some 8 gauge KK Kolossus Kable and jacket it to my liking 8)

Getting way closer to done on this one. I have the boards mounted, and the fans in. Since I made the case 3"s tall, instead of the factory 2.5"s, I have room for the standard 180mm fans, 25mm thick instead of 12 ish. I have just cheapo Chinese fans in there for the moment to check fit, but I will be finding some high flow ones, possibly led lit, maybe to busy though.

Only ran into one snag, one board's input cap was in contact with the speaker buss terminal. I will probably just pull the cap on both boards, since I am replacing both the input and rail caps with much larger caps (the main reason behind the 3" tall case).

All that is left is to order some vertical gain pots, RCA connectors, machine buss bars, and do the internal wiring and soldering.

Here are the pictures:

That is one sick, sweet, bad ass, huge amp.

Love it.

What color are we going for when it's all said and done? Change of thoughts?
