I only have one experience with using an LD. I was running all early Punch DSM amps with and Audio Control LD.
The LD was basically useless b/c if you dialed in any signal above 3 or 4 volts, the amps went into protection. I ended up taking the LD back as I had 3 volts from the head unit I was using.
