I sell granite for a living. And a modest living at that. I have access to pieces.

Depending on how big it is and where you are, I might be able to get you a chunk.....
As I recall it's about 3'x3'. I'll try to get an exact measurement though. That would be sweet! I'm in Vegas right now, but I've got family in Idaho and Utah if that makes it more feasible.

OK-

Part 1 of my project was set in motion. My buddy builds custom cabz and is gonna chop the MDF for me. I've now changed my granite color due to stupidity of an asshat. Our showroom lady tipped it over last week and broke the piece. Nobody said anything to ME though.....BASTARDZ!!!!!

Whatz gonna happen is well.......Just hear out the idea and picture this in yer melonz...... :hmm: ...

Black slate( http://www.intrepidrocks.com/sitetools/ ... /132/prd/0 ) on the outside of the box w/ miter cutz to hide the seamz like it'z a solid cube of rock.....Slab on the top.....Granite spherz az feet at the cornerz. I know where to get thoz cheap....

How bad-ass iz that!!!?????

That box would be amazing that's for sure! I can't wait to see what you put together. I really like the sphere granite feet. I need some of those too!

I've got people in Boise. Actually just outside of there at Mountain Home AFB.

You don't have to be rich to have nice shit.... I have the tools at work and the knowledge to do the job so it's not too expensive.

I aint no fuckin yuppie. I hate those kinda people cus I have to deal with em every day at work. They ruin this town!!!! God somebody shoot me if I turn into one of those.

Here's the almost finished product. I've reconsidered using slate on the outside as this thing probly weighs in the neighborhood of 200 pounds.

I've changed to 3" solid aircraft aluminum 4.5" long feet. I just used the XMAX for now until this is fixed......
