Errin. The nice thing about this system is I can buy 10's for next to nothing and try a few. I have chosen the JBL because I have heard really good things about them and I have never used one before.

So the curiosity has always been there because JBL went to college with GC of CV.

Anyways, I came in and got a shower. Then got itchy to do more lol. The weird thing about these folded horns is that you have to build them inside out, all the internal parts have to be made before you put the main box around it.

Here is the port plane that tbh is only really there for looks lol. It didnt make any difference in the T36 although over long range I guess it does direct the air.

Side on. I took a few pics of this because it's a fiddly fuck to make and Im dead proud of it :)

Here is how the box will look, and how it will go in the trunk. Itlll be laid on it's side and the port part will be center of the trunk.

And heres how these puppies work. It's proper crap I know, I drew in the top bottom and back and left it split. The green sperm looking shit is how the air works, the woofer sits in the top of the internal sealed enclosure and fires into the top of the outer shell, creating air pressure thats forced around and out, hence the name folded horn :)
