im thinking of grabbing two re xxx 18s and running them in 22 cubic ft
ported to about 39hz and using a 500sq inch port.

run about 10k to the pair.

With that much power to boot, I would pick up some 18 btls. Such high tuning for an sql sub like the xxx doesnt seem worth it.

My car is going to restrict my box specs, but Im thinking 5 cubes each 18 tuned to 30 hertz... That should cause a bit of rumble

The design looks very similar to ID. The surround as a molded part of the gasket, the motor shape, the hammer coat finish of the basket............Yeah parts consolidation.

It looks good. I think my neighbors would get upset with it as a new HT sub though.

Dont think it would handle that kind of power for long.

Going out shortly to do some side work. But will return and give it a whirl, likely have some thing tomorrow, however I think my current program is not properly functional.

ROFL

although to be fair...i think the graphs can be wrong. this is the same software that told me that the ZR10 would have the same curve as a RSD10 and slightly louder....( rsd's destroyed them in every way btw)

Yea this leaves me to think the graphs are a bit off... I would think the rlp 18 would smash the rsds on the low end... o well

in output it should....

but the way PG designs subs, I wouldn't be surprised if the RSd has more presence in the low end.
