There's another 90.2 on the UK 'bay and it is again different. Different to the one I have, to the manual (no 'Aux Out').... So how many revisions did they make? Did they do this for all amps?

PG did it for everything......anything they EVER made got revised.....EQ's....Processors....EVERYTHING....and the revisions make a difference.....Especially in the EQ's...and MS amps

I spose if someone REALLY wanted a project it would be invaluable to have a BIG FAQ break down of ALL the old MS\MPS\Ti amps and EQ's\crossovers and what differences were done with each revision.... just out of curiosity...what were the difference in the EQ revisions?? (aside the finishes!)

This is not just a PG thing. All the manufactures revise their designs over time and improve mistakes.
