Well i always have a like a few irons in the fire... and jump from one to the other - it kinda breaks the monotony for me... anyways... I took a rough looking M44 and replaced caps, (planning to BB upgrade but havent decided), and just got it back from getting powder coated.

She looks fantastic. NOW the questions that be at this point... and which some maybe hard to say from your guys' perspective as you really cant see amps appeal in person, but here are the two/three questions i am up against right now...

1) should i upgrade BB Opamps??
2) What color should i use for silkscreening the text onto it??
3) I think i know the ans for this one... but should i change from white to black connectors now??? I think so... as it'll look a little better and then with all brand new gp screws in there those will really stand out nicely inside the black terminal connectors.

I was just waiting to hear you say something about all the colors and I would have sworn it was acid then.......

in person it has so much more "shock and awe" affect... but yeah big joint...! it was a 45 min drive back from pc'er...

Thats friggin hot!!! def. black connectors. I love metal flake and seriously would love something like that on my car. the cost would be enormous I'm guessing tho. very nice again.

i am almost thinking/leaning towards metallic gold labeling/text color on the cover... the gold flake is the most prominate color in this mix, that's kinda why i loved it along side the anodized sink. In the sun light it comes alive, pic's and vid's all day long wouldnt convey it's appeal sufficiently. I have a matching m100 in the works, just waiting for a little something to fall through and hope, given i am next in line with this guy i can get it...(?)

but a pair of them would be nice...

As far as price I really havent come up with a real asking number yet. I am kinda waiting to see what all is involved all said and done. at this point i will say we are upwards of 350 per amp with what I have into them now. And i still have connectors to work out... but that's almost nothing. Kinda have to figure amps alone bring in x-amount... with new paint & caps, and all tidied up, w/ custom paint who knows I dunno right yet but im thinking about it.

Looks as if you are heading out into space. It looks killer. I would use maybe some color combo from the hubble telescope pictures of some of the nebula's. Just a thought.

maybe thats why i feel like it jumps at'cha... sounds funny, but almost like a 3D effect when looking at just so...

Matt if you can come up with a m44 and a m100 like this Im in
I can give you 2 400.2 like new eq230 ,pdl white with gold /blue, ax204a white blue letters ,2 bass cube on white and one black one remote and cash if needed
let me know this would look great with me acura tl paint its black with bluel
let me know if you can do black,blue or pink letter on it???

Personally I agree with you on the Metallic Gold lettering on the cover since it'll match the sink. It'll look odd if you do pink lettering with the gold sink on there........ Of course you could PC the sink to match and THEN do pink lettering

yeah think gold lettering and a gold PG something something would be in order... black terminals and all new gold screws will polish it off nicely

I still vote for Pink writing, I think it would really pop against that finish.....pink/gold

I realy like that finish !!!

what would realy look good is if you block sanded followed by wet sanding then buffed to polish the amps covers to give that glass smooth finish to get rid of the orange peel...they would need several coats of clear to pull that off,and with all the different color flakes you have,it would give the paint a deep look like a show car, you know the one's that look like you can reach your hand into the paint it's so thick..keep up the good work!!

my vote would be for gold lettering..or maybey the same as the car's paint that they will get installed in...

Awesome! I like your gold idea. Gotta tie in that heatsink somehow. Pink or other colors would be cool if you painted the shrouds black.

Shrouds black??? I dont have any fan shrouds...unless youre referring to the metal cover/base???

Sorry I meant sinks.

right kinda what I thought... wanted to make sure i didnt miss something like you sending a couple shrouds down to me as a donation or something....
