m100 and m50 caps

Ok folks, I am getting ready to order them for the outlaws and want to know if anyone here has a parts list for the amps...just want to do the caps and maybe the bb op amps since I'm going for it, I may ass well go for the gusto....
what brand cap is best, why....ect ect... and how much are the diferences cost wise....don't want to spend 400 bucks on parts that I may or may not be able to do...this will be a first for me, but I can solder a wee bit as rc cars and boats are hobbies as well. Bought a hak soldering station from a friend who got it from pg's rework stations...so it will work once I play with it and figure out whats what....
