ok guys heres another one ok. Now before I ask, I dont want this to be another Stiffning Cap debate thread ok. Its sole purpose is to determine the best. Ok guys Im gonna add a Stiffing cap to my "new" system Im working on rebuilding. Now I dont care if u believe in them or not ok, no offense to any1 ok. Now Ive always used them in the past with my other installs just to be on the safe side. Yes I do believe they work at least some what for fast current draws on the electrical system (ie; they always helped with the "dimming headlight" problem) so if they do or dont we all know they dont hurt a system. So NO DEBATING LOL ok guys. Anyways so would any brand of a cap work cause the farad amount and the esr should only matter right. Any ways Id really love ya'lls opion and experience on this PLEASE! and thanx again in advance.

I'd go for a BRAX.
Made in Germany; look on www.ebay.de to find them; BRAX invented the best way to weld the connectors to multiple connections of the foil inside.
Many brands use 2-4 of those connections; brax uses 40 laser-welded connection-points.
They have the lowest resistance and therefor the fastest response in the world, making only 1F enough for most SQ installs.
I've used them as well in the past, [90's] when the hype just started here.
Good luck.

I would go with what ever is cheapest (within reason). I have found a large portion of the big cap market takes the same cap and puts different logos on it. No point in buying a really expensive one if you are getting the same thing. Back in the day I used Lightning Audio brand caps, as they were the cheapest I could get my hands on.

I would get a batcap, any size, part battery and part cap, storage capacity like a battery and discharge rate like a cap. The 300 and 400 are really small in size and amount to being equal to 300 farads or 400 farads. They have a 800 model that looks like a small battery. Some other companies have come out with some after batcap, kinetik is one that comes in mind.

I've had bad luck with PG caps...

My new (old stock) Powercore 15F... corroded and cracked (presumably from disuse). My BRAND NEW PG 1F cap (just bought it a week ago) has bits rattling inside of it. Considering it's inside the sealed part of the cap it makes me wonder what it could be, and why there's loose space for it to rattle around...

Of course I've gotten many PG caps for my friends and not one of them has had an issue... so it's just me I guess
