picking these up tomorrow. #sla-104 and slb-104, matched set...all documentation and birthsheets.
This is one of the 500 sets made in these and they have the exact series standards of identical tolorances between the two drivers. Own by a local audio engineers son and they are still in the original boxes.
I think they may be perfect for the m100s for my sq subs...so maybe the search is over.
So who here remembers these and any chance anyone has run em?
ok, so they are #004 of 500 rather then 104...

just got home with em...the box is lined with velvet. I like them a great deal so far. They are rated at 400 rms per set so it looks as if I'll be running the outlaws the way they were intended...m50 on a 4ohm bridge and I'll have some overhead...times two of course. got the oem box ... nice and minty...actual pics of the subs coming up shortly...
the velvet hammers...I like it....

I'm pretty sure that these have found a home here...they fit the system oh so wonderfully. I've been on the hunt for a set of good os subs that I can truely run on either the m50s or the m100s...200 rms is right there for the m50 so all my highs will run off of 2 m100s and 1m50...bandit....
If I bench them and am not happy with the outcome I will let you know itchie

NICE old school woofers.
I've got an Exact 10, a NIB Exact 12 and a pair of Exact 8's which were the series after these. One of the nicest series of SQ woofers ever IMO.
