Looking for ........analog phse shifter

Post by shaheen »

mmm, this is an interesting one , looking for a device which does a variable phase shift, now I know all the engineers on here should be able to help with a simple diagram and tell me how to do it.

Added to that I have found this unit which is what I am after, or something similar to this......help please

I believe the EQ215ix's have this feature as well...

Here you go. I knew I saw it somewhere. I copied this from a book I bought. It is a 0-180° phase shifter. The only comment on what parts you should use, were that high quality, low noise, high performance op amps. You will need to make one for each channel.

Cool! That should be in our tech section.

What would U1, U2 & U3 be? Suggestions?

U1-3 are op amps. I can poke around and look for a reasonably priced fit. Maybe if Eric sees this he can chime in with something suitable. Don't forget that the op amps will need a dual ended supply, most likely +/-15V supply. For home use, this is pretty simple, for mobile use, it will probably require building a small SMPS.
