enclosure size for Rsd 6 or 6.5

Post by Stryker »

As the title states would like a ball park figure on this one, in litre's preferably but cu.ft is ok. The one's I have (kiks) are just to darn small at the moment. I'm running 5.25's but I'm gonna be grabbing 3 sets of Rsd's for the front, doors, and rear fill. i could get 6 for the floors or 6.5. I'm gonna go for 6.5 in the doors and use them strictly for midbass. the rears are gonna be 3.5.

thx
screw car audio, I'd rather go fast....errr, wait a minute.

Ideally I would say infinite baffle or ~.5cuft and up for the midbass... enclosures really seem to limit their bottom end. The 5.25's in your kicks can stay in a tiny enclosure, because the doors will be handling midbass anyways. Since you've already sealed and deadened them, they will be good to go.
