Hydraulics....

Post by HoseHead »

Does anyone have a line or experience with small hydraulics. I'm looking at building a rack where I can remote the amps to slide out and/or flip over. I'd like to display a FAS, but need to turn it over so te heat sink is on top when I play it hard.

Comments, suggestions?

My recommendation is...

Install fans instead ( :hurr: )

Have you thought about linear actuators?

Hydraulics are fine an dandy but linear actuators are where it's at.

I believe SPAL has a line, if not check Select Products.
I think we've established that "Ka Ka" and "Tukki Tukki" don't work.

what i did at one time was use a spal window kit
and use the motor to turn a gear that was attached to the rack
which we built to pivot.
it worked good and once you put the stoppers the motor will not push it anymore. we used a timer to activate stop time on the motor.
just a thought
You may have subs in your car........but my doors sound better!
