I didn't even know that the kicker comps could play IB.
That rear deck must be flexin' w/o any aid of sound damping
There must be a hell of a lot of cancellation w/o any sealing except for the woofer it self.

Hey give the guy some credit. At least he tried to seal the driver to the baffle! And he utilized all the factory mounting holes.
Bad as it is, we have all seen worse (unfortunately).

The comps and the free airs of a few years back were the same exact speaker, only diff, a sticker on the magnet. I was a HUGE Kicker fan a few yrs back. So yea, the comps of today probably could play IB. I didn't realize the zip ties either. Wow!

You know, I just thought of this. It isn't an infinite baffle instatllation....it's an infinately BAFFLING installation!

creative idea...but I would have gone about it a different way lol. Add a mdf baffle to entire rear self and mount w/ screws not zip ties. Im sure the kicker driver can play free-air too, as it's prob designed w/ a Qts around .5, so it would a decent drop a play speaker.
