preparing for install

I have most of my new equipment already here and the ordered stuff is on the way...
Here is the setup....(I'm not spending any more money on the system (yet) so please don't tell me I need to buy this or sell that. I'm using what I have.)
HU:Sony CDX-MP80
Front: PG 6.5 RSD Comps
Rear: Factory Comps
Sub: Memphis Studio 12" in a sealed 1.25 box. Dual VC = 2 ohm
Amps:
Front and Rear: PG RSD 500.4
Sub: PG RSD 600.1
Wiring:
KnuConceptz 0 Guage Dual Wiring Amp Kit.
Speaker wire. 12 gauge for subs 14 gaurge for comps
My main questions are:
1. Should I bridge the 500.4 to the fronts and leave the rear comps to the Head Unit (23 wrms)?
2. Can I mount the front stage crossovers in the trunk? It would be a lot easier than mounting them in the doors. Does it make that much of a difference (sound quality and sound output) where I mount the crossovers?
3. How do you think the amps should be set?
