Is the only difference between V1 and V2 the fans?
Are replacements available?

No. The floating ground switch was removed from the V1 to the V2. I believe there were a few other updates to the amps power as well, but that was it.
"ZPA's will have the same sound essentially as you get from the MS, they just feature a bigger shinier set of balls."
