All PG 3-way front end

Well, I get home from lunch today and there was a little sumpin sumpin waiting on me. My PG RSD3.0's!!! I'll get some pics up of them later tonight. My wifes on the computer I use to upload them.

I'm trying to sell some stuff on ebay to get the $$ I need to buy the XS8"s that another fellow member has that's holding them for me so I might try a 8" 3-way.

The plan thus far, Memphis PR-15 tweets and the PG RSD3.0 in the A-pillars using the passive 2-way xover for the tweets and I'll cross them over at 300Hz HP, slope will depend on the sound, RTA.

I'll be using, for the time being, the PG RSD6.5c mid from 300Hz LP (slope depending) to 63Hz HP (slope depending). When I get the PG XS8's I'll put them in in place of the 6.5

I'll start an install pics/post in the install section when I determine where/how they should be positioned.

What about the memphis tweeters?!?!?

I'm kidding, sounds like a dope setup! What amps are going to be driving this setup?

Yea, I realized that after the fact. I'm used to saying that I have the PG RSD6.5c in there so it's like the Memphis tweets are the PG RSDs.

Here are the pics, just of the speakers and their arrival.

I'm hoping to start on it this weekend.

Amp1: PG ZX450v2, chs 1/2 on the tweet/midrange~ 100w
chs 3/4 on the 6.5's~ 100w
Amp2: PG ZPA0.5 on the 2 TREO SSi's 12"s
HU: Eclipse CD8455
EQ: Audio Control DQS

Processing: PG BassCube

Total system power 1500 wrms
100 x 4 + 1100 x 1

Cool.

I'm going to be doing the same thing in the future, but using a pair of RSD 6's for midbass (doors) and an RSD 3.5 and RSD tweet in the kicks.

3.5's should be here in a few days thx to Harold!!

SO....... I've heard a lot about the linear response of the RSD3.5 but does anyone have a graph I can check out (maybe one is supplied with the spkrs in which case I'll see it in a few days anyway)??......

EXTREMELY jealous!!! One day I will have some XS 8's or use my XS 10's for dedicated up front midbass. Can't wait to see pics.
