Will the SDT display work without an R-Link?

Post by hybridamp »

In regards to the Titanium amps, can you plug in one SDT display directly to the RDDP port of a Titanium amp without the use of an R-Link?

Thanks.

you need to make an adaptor for it but it can work. Here is the pin-out of the rddp.

On the sdt I think it comes with a pin out, pin 1 and 3 are hot(I think) and 2 and 4 are ground(again I think)

I am trying to locate the source of the red/blue/purple leds that come in the rddp kit in the lounge forum(They will not ship out of england). You could swap out the blue led with one of these and wire it up to make your sdt have the thermal monitoring as well.
