PartsExpress products, good/bad?

Post by lopezi »

Just wondering people's experiences with the offerings from PartsExpress?
I see Vifa, Peerless, Audax stuff on there and the super cheap price has me wondering if any of it could be good or if these are manufacturing defects/seconds that are being off-loaded?

Not in the same league as the gear you're mentioning but I've bought Dayton drivers from them before and they arrived new and in perfect condition.

I've bought stuff from them, but it's been smaller stuff like cables, carpet, etc. Not bought any speakers, amps etc. I think they are located in Ohio and shipping was fast.

the speakers that are really cheaply priced on there are buyout speakers where they buy huge quantities that a manufacturer is closing out.

I bought some Eton drives that were 1/4 the cost of a store down the road and this included shipping to Australia... Great value...
