Anyone in Ville Saint Laurent/Montreal Area?

Post by exist2serve »

Hi All,
Was wondering if anyone was in the Ville Saint Laurent/Montreal area for help with a purchase on CL? Found a guy selling a ZPA/ZX450v2/BassCUBE/EQ232, but would prefer a middle-man as it always sucks wondering if you're getting screwed via email.

Thanks,
Josh

Wow, pretty good find there, if he's got reasonable prices. I'd love to have a black EQ232.

Exist, did you get your ZPA back from PG yet and get it installed?

Still thinking of doing it myself.

I probably won't admittedly, as it'd be pointless to put a set of tweets on a ZPA, and I love having my front stage driven by tube. I'll be running at least 2 ZPA's though.

Those are cheap and easy to find, if you need them. All they are are CAT6 shielded cables with RJ-45 connectors, if I remember right. I found some on Monoprice.com super cheap, and they have good stuff.

Only thing he had left was:

Phoenix Gold ZX450 V.2 AMPLIFIER - Paid $1130

I can sell it for $370

Phoenix Gold EQ232 EQUALIZER - Paid $860

I can sell it for $280

I'm guessing those prices are canadian, and are still pretty insane. He's sold everything else.
