Would there be, or could there be, any adverse effects/issues(s) from hooking up a TiPcore and a BATCAP??? one is a cap, other is a hybrid cap/battery.. i am inclined to think that it would be okay, but wanna check/ask publicly.... M

Mat I am using the samething just different brands. I am using 2 shuriken Batcap's, the SK-BT60, and a Power Acoustic 10 farad. I have not had any power issues yet. When running my Soundstream PCX1500d and Rubicon 250.2 at full power I only loose 2 tenths of a volt according to my meters.

Is this in addition to the stock battery, or in place of?

No there won't be an issue, though it is definitely overkill

I am using one under the hood and one in the cab. No issues here.

have a red top under the hood, and a bat cap in the back. I have considered using the Ti15 Pcore now that i bought that new module and stuff... I grabbed the bats caps thinking that I would get rid of the pcore, but thought- hmmm maybe now throw in the core. So it would be in addition to the red top uynder the hood- yes

My alt is stock 136 amp. I have not even done the big three under the hood but Dodge already has 4 awg everywhere. Ground from bat to chassis, & Fender mount, and 4 awg power from the alt. Longest run under the hood is around 30"
