XMAX12 no logo on dustcap?

Post by rlay »

Hi guys,

Has anyone come across an XMAX 12 sub without the logo on the dustcap?
Would it be a prototype or just a QC issue?

See pic attached.

the paint didn't stick to well to the glossy surface and I know we had to be carefull installing them as it was easy to chip off.

That is most likely a prototype, something like that would not slip through QC. I have a naked basket RSD prototype myself.

paint comes off really easy, someone probably removed it.
if it was a prototype the surround would be the shiney one which they ran only a very small amount
You may have subs in your car........but my doors sound better!
