one of your mids looks very poorly :( idealy you would need a 2nd amp unless you were going fully passive.. whatr about tweeters to go with punch mids?

what do you mean fully passive?

well you have a 2 channel amp that can run front end and sub simultaneously but in order to do this you need a coil on the sub and caps for mids.

got the coil for the sub, so do you think two amps will be better because i do have another amp. i dont intend on puttin tweeters.

Do you think the celestion sub is still good ?

yeah the sub is still a highly regarded piece of kit.

So if you're not running tweeters what are you gonna do for highs?

My thought exactly! No high frequency speakers? I mean, sure.. I love my bass.. but hey.. bring on vocals and ither sounds...

I can't locate a website for you, but specs for your Celestion sub (providing it's an AD12) are:

Vas [Liters] 140,8
Qts 0,13
Qes 0,13
Qms 6,9
Fs [Hz] 29
Sensitivity [dB] 95
Max Power [W] 300
xmax [mm] 3,2258

From these specs, all you need is the Fs, Vas, and Qts and you can use a program like WinISD to design your subwoofer enclosure to provide you with the optimum sound from your sub.

Ideally, if you can get your hands on a monoblock for you sub, then that amp will run your mids, no sweat. Ditch the 6x9s if you're going to be running a sub in your car. Me personally, I'm not a fan of running 6x9s AND a sub in the same area (unless you intend on using your 6x9s in the front and your mids in the back for rear fill... then you could get away with)

Is the surround on one of your 54's ruined? It looks strange in the photo.

it does look a bit ruined, or pressed in in a few spots
I'd go with a second amp and some tweets up front otherwise it will sound a bit muddy
