AAMP's Customer Service

Well, I have officially had my first "run in" with AAMP...

I sent a request through the website's "contact us" regarding a question on my Roadster66.

less than 48 hours after I sent the email, I was sent a reply. not a auto-generated email, but an actual real email from a real person. Unfortunately the attachment was stripped off by my work email (which I should have known since I tested the damn system) so I replied back on Sunday if it would be possible to send it to my personal email instead.

This morning I got another email to my personal email address with the attachment I was looking for.

All in all, I am very happy with the fast replies and the willingness to make me happy.

good stuff from AAMP so far

(Thanks again Derek)

What was the question on the Roadster? Anything a fellow Roadster owner should know?

nothing I want to admit to... since what I asked is already in the manual, and if you have taken the time to actually read the manual instead of just look at the pictures, you already know it... I would have to, but I dont read playboy for the articles either.

I'd thought I'd bump this to say... what's happened?

Where has it gone! Struggling to give FREE stuff away (the yearly mag subscriptions)? Alot of unhappy campers here :(

I recently bought a rsdc for no more then the price of shipping because it has a torn surroung. I asked zac for a replacement surround and he sent it out the next day, would not even take payment for it or shipping.
