budget or high end?

jl's hd is pretty tiny and has lots of good features...but pricey.

the exile s500.1 is pretty tiny and cost effective. not very high end as far as features goes though

Ehh... Maybe you just need to check your own collection Itchy? You got almost more amps than PG ever produced, hehe... Maybe you'll find one there

hehe, I do have a lot, but nothing that small with that kind of power and mono @2ohms
I've checked, believe me, even non PG gear, but they're too big and won't fit where I want to put the amp

How on earth can the man with the biggest PG-collection in the world, have a car without room for even ONE of them???

Sorry, I just had to, hehe... Sorry for OT.

hehehe
not the biggest .... or is it?
this is my daily driver, it's a Nissan Patrol GQ with the 6 inline 4.2 diesel engine
I put a lot of stuff in there everyday, ranging from engine parts to paint and anything smaal enough to fit through the rear cargo doors, so just imagine how the PG amps would look in there after a week ....

I did think about putting the franked MPS2240 in there under the seat ....

but wanted to see what other options were out there

ARC KS-500.1 mini is pretty small 11.6"(L) x 5.15"(W) x 1.7"(H) but only 500W @ 2ohms

If you can use a little larger 13.0"(L) x 8.0"(W) x 2 3/8"(H) KS-500.1 is 600W @ 2ohms
KS-1000.1 is 1000 @ 2ohms 15.0 1/2"(L) x 8.0"(W) x 2 3/8"(H)

The smallest class D mono amps I can think of are made by MMATS... Maybe a D100 or D200, the old models.

Granted they still seem to run 200-250 for used ones.

Just a thought.

dont count out the powerbass amps - I have heard some real good things about them... and the power to price ratio is great.
ASA400.1 - 139.99
http://www.woofersetc.com/p8087/ASA4001 ... lifier.htm

ASA1000.1Dx - 239.99
Http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_187 ... 0.1Dx.html

or even the elf audio amps:
http://www.elfaudio.com/dAmps.html
at 10.3" long it should fit under most seats.
