just finished these pieces for whatzzap
BEEEEEE-YOUUUU-TEEEEEEE-=FULLLLLLL for sure!
REALLY REALLY great/nice looking in person- and pic's do them no justice...
First as always things get stripped, de-greased/cleaned and then blasted...
First, and as with all candies you have (typically) a chrome base, but something shiny/bright underneath- I used Extreme Chrome as base coat,
then I/you/whomever, tops it with the candy color powder
YEAH YEAH

so the onli thing wee need to sort out is the screening process then hmm might have to make enquiries into the kit to do it
there must be some s/h stuff around seeing as its a pretty outdated method now

s/h??? ^^^^
shipping and handling?
what is S/H?
BUT yes the other part of you post is exactly correct...!
If we had the screening or some other way to adhere artwork and text on to these we would be all set- it would improve the looks by 100% - it's like the 100 and 350 i recently did for cannones-
The coating looks so much better in person- these pic's dont show the sparkle so so well. BUT it's there and maybe cannones can take some pic's (but also this is wrong thread)... i dunno i am confused.
BACK ON TRACK- while the coating looks fricken awesome for coating work goes.... its a sleeper mode type of amp with no text or labels worked out for the amps controls... so what can we do fellas?
i have been working with tony, and other various silk screeners, but nothing has jumped off quite as of yet

I recently got into airbrushing and I have been considering getting a vinyl cutter to do custom decals to use for masks. I am sure the super small writting would be too much for a simple vinyl cutter but the larger PG emblems could be done.

I usally get scans of the things i need prior to coat them! After that i have a shop in town that does some nice lasercut decals for me. But that´s friggin expensive!

i think really the only way to be able to and do it in-expensively would be to get screens made up and just do all text in black for starters.
I mean even if at least we could be able to put the (L R Speakers, power, xovers freq's etc ) that would be a major first step- then artwork for decoration...
I have plenty of artwork, and more else where with other people... but for each and every single amp- it soon becomes a tall/major order.
screens for 44's, screens for 100's, outlaws, rte 66's, all ms gear, mps gear, plexi work- it adds up real quick... NOT only for each amp, but each color gets a screen- so like the m44- would take what maybe like three screens just for that one amp- it adds up real quick
