Phoenix Gold Phorum

I recently have aquired problems with this amp, A loud pulsing noise comming from speakers,. now when i removed to cover,. and top circuit board on the amp I noticed that then I slightly bend the circuit board the noise goes away. There are no cracks or splits in the board... is it possible one of the soldering points have come loose on this board ... also the only light on is power so amp seems fine... pulsing noise even happens with no RCA cables hooked up

Check the ribbon cable from the x-over board to the main board of the amp. Those break pretty easily. If you are bending the x-over board, you might just be moving the ribbon so it makes contact.
