done with mirror black on sink
and
silver vein base w/ plated gold on bottom/top covers.

Looks bad ass in person

I hate it how pic's never do any justice for this sorta stuff- but hey it's what we have to work with so here they are:

PLEASE NOTE: I will be doing cover over again
all came out great- even top cover- BUT there is a lil heavy-ness on the right edge of cover- I cant live with it like that
but once thats re-done- it'll be off to eric for new caps and resistors-

YES it's for sale- what$- not sure right now- get back in day or two

tough to match with anything though- BUT i just had to b/c it was laying around and getting in my way- wanted it out of the "to be done pile"

I want to say that I've seen that used on another amp from the early 90's but can't be 100% sure about it......

Looks good though for sure..... Just like mine, it needs the SC done.....

but see how on the cover to the top and right it is lil heavy...

kinda like a tigers birth mark- gonna have to re-do that

i have found that these candies need to be flipped in middle of curing so it (the PC) doesnt all run down to the bottom of the part as it is suspended from rack

hey- i'm learning

and they are on my ipod-
yeah i'll admit it- I have a couple '70's mix tracks- but nicemix tracks- 60 min long with samples of everything

damn
wish i had the loot to drop on a 100, 44, and a couple 25's to tiger up and run the bee-gee's and ELO-

well not really-

BUT would be neat to bounce back to 71

But where are the EOM gold's available for the rest of the amp......?

by mhyde71
okay- will throw those in and see how it looks
mayyy-be tomorrow but here shortly
need/want to do cover over again first
whilel i hear ya- i am lil concerned about the gold clashing a lil- BUT with the front/face having the gold screws- maybe it will tie in nicely to have all gold screws used. so perhaps you are right

Matt, dont feel ashamed about the Electric Light Orchestra, I grew up on that shit, my old man had, and still has a huge vinyl collection. He just bought a brand new turntable because he didnt want to get rid of his collection. I remember rockin out on the 4+hour drive to grannys house, in the old mans 72 dodge dart swinger the 8 track player loaded with the Doobie Bros!

Jesus is alright with me.... 8)
