Absolutely badass. Now I want to see you guys stuff a limited edition SQ 6 channel in the same chassis... one PS per channel, same amount of capacitance...

They already did that, it was really limited, and called the MPH6300...

Go big or go home...

Questions?
Morgan,
What sets this apart from other hi power amps?

The amplifier features a gold plated circuit board that is visible through the plexi cover. Loaded on this circuit board are SIX internal power supplies. Each one has a robust hand wound transformer, these are backed by a total of 36 IRF1405 transistors, high current buss bars and three ounce traces connecting everything together.

Power supplies are buffered by 47pcs of 1200uF/35v capacitors. It also features THREE 1/0 wiring inputs to feed the power supply of this beast.

In the output stage, you will find its loaded with more buss bars, 50 200 volt/1000uF capacitors and 32 Fairchild FDA24N40F 400 volt transistors. We have carefully designed the amplifier so its stable down to 1 ohm and can handle up to 16 volts of power supply input.

The heatsink is massive at 13.5g per MM and it has its own electronically controlled cooling system with a temperature sensing fan. We also have built in LED diagnostic system where each section of the output stage and power supply have a blue LED indicator, similar to the old MS amplifiers.

Specifications:
RMS Power: (14.4 Volts- 1%THD)
4ohm : 2750W x 1
2ohm : 5100W x 1
1ohm : 9200W x 1

RMS Power: (16.0 Volts 1%THD)
1ohm : 12,000W x 1
2ohm (linked) : 24,000W x 1

100 unit production run. Each unit is unique as it has its production number laser cut into the heatsink, so no two amplifiers are alike. Ships in a custom made wood crate.

Price - $5000 USD

so what kind of payment plans are you going to offer? :D

I paid $3600 for my first sport bike, it would go 0-60 in under 4 secs though. How come only one channel?

Can't even imagine where this monster could be installed.. What kind of subwoofer can handle 12 000w rms? If i recall, even the JackHammer is 6000w rms at 2ohm, so that would mean 2 of them to use this amp to it's fullest, and still 12 000$ a sub + 5000$ for this... wow, that's crazy :p

Wow..

If I was not building an oldschool install, I would go for two of theese amps. It is just soo cool. As for today, I cannot afford 2 of them, due to the other expensive items that I have...

But maybe I should buy one, and hang it on the wall in my livingroom with my M-series collection?
