How limited are the MS2250 really?

As far as I have ever seen, all MS2250 originals have serial numbers starting with 220... This "means" that it must be "only" produced less than 1000 pieces of this lovely amp?
So if we compare it to the Outlaw/Bandit - the MS2250 is way more limited that the blue cowboys... Right?
Any thoughts about this, anyone?

i was always under the impression that you had to be well in with your PG dealer and competing to aquire one hence the "Team Phoenix Gold" plexi on the amp, this may have not always been written in stone and i could never afford one of these puppies when they came out anyway so never asked

As far as i remember from a chat with our distributor in austria the 22 is the number to identify the MS2250. So there could be like 10000 arround. But with it´s retail back in the day i doubt that there are more than 1000. It´s the same with the FAS! I really doubt that Phoenix Gold built more than 99 of it. How big are the chances of having 10 registred and no number exceeds 98 so far.

i doubt they made more than a 1000 too, when you look at how many are registered compared with others LE amps..

Same thought that I have, there are not many listed. But all of them are 220xxx-listed. All my MS2250s are 220xxx serialized (they are not on this list), and I guess that none of the ones Joerg have (not on the list either) are within the 220001-220999 aswell...
You did not have to be a competitor to buy one in Norway back then, only part-rich... Coz they were expensive as hell....

if you are hiding a reactor then your wife is either living at a different address or completely blind... There is no way in hell anyone here could keep that bitch, hidden from his bitch for long.
