Reflection in a car

Hello i was woundering what reflects sound in a car enviorment i know glass does but what else eg hard plastic,leather? any help would be great

Yessir, everything to one degree or another. That's one reason you can get such crazy peaks and/or valleys on an RTA reading.

Some softer materials like cloth on the seats or cloth upholstery on the doors etc might help tame the reflections though. Much like hanging acoustic tiles in a dedicated home theater or music listening room. Also why some guys who compete use dashmats.

i was thinking of doing a wall in the car and using this acoustic foam on it to stop reflection from the back of the car.
