power core is it ok

can anyone help me on this problem i seen on another topic about the power core and it going on fire or being damaged. I have opened mine to carbon it and noticed this
it is the only cap damaged the guy i bought it off said its working 100% i have not put power to it how can you check that its ok thanks stuarty

if it where me i would desolder that one and leave it out even if i couldnt find a replacement it wont effect anything. and you whould just have one less cap and with all that are in there you wont lose any capacitance. if you do decide to take the board out make sure to discharge it as the instuctions on the bottom.

its gone sorry change some cap or use it as a paper weight

Gonna cost a fortune to change all the caps and if you just do one another one will just fail and start on fire anyway.
