pg ti 500.4
focal utopia audiom 6w
vibe 1500w sub cbr enclosure

Hey

Im currently running the focals on the front channel.

I want to install this sub using the pg amp.

1. Do i need to insert the bass rca's from the headunit into the rear channel of the amp, if so what frequency should i set the rear too 0-800khz. or can i just run the sub using the front rca's.

2. What configuration should i set the amp to :

s1. Use front and rear inputs, LPL controls lowpass auxiliary output
s2. Use front inputs only, LPL controls rear lowpass output
s3. Use front inputs only, LPL controls lowpass auxiliary output
s4. Use rear inputs only, LPL controls front and rear lowpass output

3. I bridge the sub on the rear channel is this correct?

Many thanks :P

1. One set of RCAs into front is fine.

2. Set to S2.

3. Yes. Bridge it. :)

I ran a 500.4 like this for a while and loved it. Nice amp. The LPL is nice to have as well.

Did this too but with a ZX450 into a Boston Pro front stage and paralleled Infinity subs (2 ohm load) and it worked very well.

A mighty amp!

the ti 500.4 is a wonderful amp :!: you should never be dissapointed in it unless you find out the hard way, as i did, that it has no onboard fuses.
