anyone new central CT?

i found someone with some dist blocks that i need/want but he will only do in person. if anyone is near ill pay for ur troubles to be my middle man
i will be going dead thru central ct on the 21st/22nd...BUT it'll be like 1am. is that okay?
I land at LGA in NYC at 10:30pm, will take apprx 1-1.5 hours to go thru customs, and (worst case scenario i am thinking)- then depending on where exactly in central ct... BUT I will be going smack dab right up from nyc on I-95, then up thru the center on I-91 from one edge to the next on way up to Vermont.
Plus i am familiar with ct as i am originally from there....BUT there is the possibility of staying at my dads house in willimantic if it gets too late and then continue on in the morning.
BUT again it it is wont happen until the 21st in the late night.
phoenixcolt (think his name is) lives in new Britain) about as central as you're gonna get without being in Middletown if 21st wont work or too long away
