I will have 2 amps install into my car soon. 1 PG zx450 4. chan and RF R500.1 amps. Will this two amps required good alternator and cap? I really don't want to get my battery kill and then it will lead to my alternator. Any input will be appreciated.
4 6.5 speakers 100 watts rated
XZ 450
RF R500.1
2 12" R1 subs.

you should not need a new alternator unless you have a tiny one. what size is it? also have you done the "big 3" upgrade?

skip the cap regardless. thats a poor investment to help (or not help) that problem. its just one more thing that the alternator has to keep charged.
for most cars, those amps wont be a bad load, especially if you are running the pg amp as a 4 channel amp and not bridging it.
save the cap money and spend it on solid wiring all around.

Upgrade the factory battery to an AGM so you can at least make the most of the 70amps the factory alt puts out. Stinger makes an exact size honda replacement battery (spv35). I would try that, make sure you are using pure copper wire, not cheap CCA that is true spec and you should be ok. If you have charging problems after that then I would look into getting an upgraded alternator but a true rebuilt alternator isn't cheap and you will need the other items I described earlier if you do it so it's a good place to start. I do this everyday and that is my recommendation

I have Rockford Fosgate 4AWG amp wiring kit, I don't know if it is pure copper wire or not, they said it is but who knows if they telling the truth. I was thinking about buy the optima yellow top battery but some of my friend told me optima having some problem with bad cell. I'll look into stinger. I do not want to replace my alternator because it might void the warranty on my car.
thanks.

The rockford kit is probably pure copper, most rockford kits are pure copper so feel secure with that. Optima batteries use a 30 year old technology in their "spiral cell" system. They do have the quick discharge rate that AGM car audio batteries need to provide power on demand. You can check out how Stinger stacks up aginst the competition here
The Truth
Once you do the battery upgrade you should be ok with the amount of power you are running.

Thanks AAPM217. I looked up Stinger Battery on Amazon and found one for $129 + free shipping so I think I'm going to buy it next week when I get pay.
Thanks all for your help.
