I still freak out every time I see that picture. I want to reach into the picture and pick up the amp so the terminals don't get broken from all that weight resting on them.

ttocs, I am not sure where I read it but it was on here somewhere. Someone said all the original non TA 1000's were nickel. So the question is, how many originals were there?

The old webfaq says that all original MS1000's had the nickel sink. So yes, the question is how many originals were produced?

there were 50 MS1000's made, 20 of which were special / custom ordered or something like that- meaning that 30 had the blue MS1000 Plexi, and 20 had the gold Phoenix Gold plexi. my understanding anyways

I do know of 5 MS1000 sinks only, that is waiting for a build. One green, one Nickel and 3 white ones. One of them is Erics Bride-gonna-be (and is white), the rest I guess will never see daylight again...

I know where to find them......just people won't sell them.....there was over 200 sinks that were sold on Ebay all at one time, and most of those stayed inside the states.

No need to pm me and ask where, if I could buy one I would have one.

so how much are they worth today? I mean the ones I see in the pics above are all wrapped up in plastic and kind of bullitt proofed...so in my experience (the little there is)that means they are worth big bucks, lol! and someone said they are only worth $200 or so? So couldn't you offer more if that's all they're worth? I mean money talks around here...lol! And that seems to be a very rare item from what I see....ok...whats the real value today? It has to be more than $200 just because you can't find one....and trust me I been looking, lol.

I have been looking for three years now, but I got the ones I needed.

My guess is that you have to pay minimum @700 - or even more, due to that there ain't none for sale anymore...

yeah! i looked into it and still am. i sent a ms275 sink to china and up north. from china to here will be alot in shippin. the people up north have a min. its taken alot more time than i thought it would.. i can get one made out of a block of aluminum. the best price so far was around 10 grand. if there was a demand i wouldnt have a problem puttin up the money. i just dont want to put up the cash and wait a year or 2 for a return. once the money came back i would be good. id have sinks for days... i will get one one way or another.
