thought id put this here

so i have a ms 2250 original amp+ shroud the question is

what mods would you do to it?

what mods could be done to it?

and what would you like not to be done with it ?

just a bit of feedback im after i dont know if i should put it back as stock or beef things up etc with it after all electronics have come along way since these were first built

i just did all mine, uprated the psu caps to 6800uf pieces, upgraded those 2 big resistors, and i'm waiting on some 4mm zeropoint twist to upgrade the 2.7mm standard stuff. i wouldn't change much else to be honest, there are people who swap the op-amps out but in reality your never gonna hear any difference..

one thing i always wanted to do was remove/bypass the bass boost pot and possible gain circuit but never found info on how to do it :idiot:

thinking about it, a pot is just a resistor so if you measure the pot's resistance it may just be as simple as choosing the same value resistors (for a given gain stage of the pot), just speculating though!
