ZX350 poss burned resistor??

Sorry for the crappy pic.

Check out these 4 resistors in front of the toroid. These look discolored and since I am recapping it I was wondering if you Guru's thought I should just replace them. Any idea on their wattage rating? Did this amp just have a hard life or is there something else I should look for?

It powers up but I haven't run any signal through it or anything. Nothing else looks wrong except the rail caps have bulged tops and the other caps are original.
Thanks in advance.

I believe those are some noise filters for the power supply. They are probably OK, but replacing them would not hurt.
