Hey I currently have 2 M100 amps that I have had for many years. I am considering either the Ti1200 or the Xenon 1200 and was wondering the differences pros and cons. Any advice from anyone who has has experience from both or either would be appreciated.

What are you planning to use the 1200s for? If sub duty, you may want to consider an RSD1200.1 in your choices. Also, there is someone selling 2 tantrum 1200.1s for a great price.
I love my M100s. I really FEEL I heard a noticeable difference between my zx600ti, MS2125 and the M100 on the the same set-up with no equalization. I dare say a warmer sound from the M100, but I am far from an audiophile (yet). Just on the same equipment and adjusted gain settings, it sounded nice where with the other 2 amps I thought my RSD65CS were a bit tinny...

The Ti 1200.1 is a current hungry amp, the xenon 1200 puts out the same power at 2 thru 4 ohms and the rsd 1200.1 has the reputation of being very reliable. a bit more info on the install could help someone to help you narrow it down.
Bit more about the install

I am currently running a M100 bridged with a Phoenix Gold 1 farad digital cap and a PG Bass Cube on 4 gauge Phoenix gold wiring. I had an Infinity Kappa 120.1 SE single voice coil sub in a 1 cubic foot enclosure. I blew the Kappa after 7 years and have replaced it with an Infinity Perfect 12 in a 1 cubic foot sealed enclosure. The car is a 2000 Honda Civic lined with the trunk lined with Dynamat. The head unit is a Pioneer DEH-9800BT.
