radio interference coming in through the input cables... similiar to running your cheap RCA right next to your 0ga power wire?

LOST SYNC from either weak signal or bad cables or just a broke LCD drive circuitry

thanks for the ideas guys.......after checkin those things i found a bad video cable from the dvd player.
