I have the xsc10
It's already connected in my car. Ground to cap to amp. Power wire from battery to cap to amp.
However its discharged if i am not mistaken. How do I go upon charging this properly? I dont have a test light btw and I checked local stores, nothing.
I do have a multimeter... how would I do this?
Others told me that it must be charged if its already connected and not giving any problems as in sparks
How do I check if mY PG cap is charged and working?

if its hooked up, its charged. You can test it by setting the meter to Dc voltage and then touching the leads to the top.
You are supposed to use a test light or resistor to charge them, but you can also just slap them together. It will spark, and not what I do or recomend but it will work.
