I have the whole system wired up. my first time using the DD5.
I powerd up the HU and all the neon came on, power antenna went up, green light on all three amps.
But, no power to the pld or the eq215

I have all green lights on the DD5 and I checked the wires r + - all correct. I put the meter on the power connector of each and found good ground and power on both remote wires, but the power lead on each of the two has no power.
What gives??

I was just thinking...
The amps and the neon are not using the power, only the remote.
the only thing using the power leads from the DD5 is the 2 components that have no power.

May be stating the obvious, but have you checked the fuses? Unless those are blown, the power leads should ALWAYS have power.

fuses can be seen from the window. All look good. This unit was never tested, I bought it second hand. Could it be internally $@#% up?
the blown fuse would cause a green light to go out, no??

I had the same problem with one of mine. When I pulled the DD5 up and looked at the bottom of it, there was a burned trace where someone had probably put a 30-40 amp fuse in and then shorted it. Try swapping plugs to see if they work in other areas, if they do then pull the board and look at the bottom.
