Phoenix Gold Phorum

I picked two TBA Balanced Line Amplifier units and dont know much about them. They are brand new, never been opened out of their plastic. The price tag says $199 Also Comes with 2 cables ZRDT3?? "ZBB remote diagnostics cable kit for zbb series". I also got a ZBB-121 Fused Distribution block in the deal.

Does anyone have any idea what these do? how much they are worth?

the zrt cables can go for up to $30, the block can get $60-100 depending on the person buying and the TBAs dunno but not 200 each.
