What's a V1 zpa 3 worth?

Found a dude with a cube I'm gonna pick up, and he hits me up with I gotta 500 watt amp and crossover etc Ill sell cheap. So I figure its a XS2500 or even a ZX500 and he sends me a pic of a zpa 3 with box and manual! Right away I see its got the curved 11 blade fans, but he does have the original box manual and zpaxo in its little box too... Now I thought the xo was worth over 100 by itself so this may work out. I just thought the V1s suck for some reason?
What would the forum pay on average so I know my limit with this dude.

they sell from 200-400 on ebay all the time
if its white they are more rare. the xover is nice also
there were some changes on the v1 to v2
the main one i can think of is they closed the postive/neg terminal as v1 was open
so some time when you add the power wire it can fall into the board and cause a short
11 to 7 fins for cooling

But other than that its a good amp? Caps fail fast on all zpas right? Ill see how cheap he means, maybe I can score a spare for a couple and sell the crossover. Lol

yes the caps are a big problem
