Hello I got this lil beast off craigs list up in Portland a couple weeks ago and when first powered up the "overload" indicator lit up. The seller lowered the price so I got it thinking it could be fixed if nothing else. I powered it again with the same results, only the OL light went off this time and all four of the other lights came on. There was also a high pitched whine that emitted from the amp that went away after some time as well. I opened it up and examined the boards, and traces which look good save for a little cleaning. I did notice the heat sinks had a few raised up and after looking closer see that screws are pushing them up from the bottom and that the ones that are raised are also crooked looking in comparison to the others. I was hoping for some other opinions from you guys since most of you seem to know your s@*t pretty well. Thanx.
Being pushed from screws underneath, is this normal?

have you hooked it up to speakers? OL lights up then other 4 lights come on sounds about right to me.
IDK what you need, but the whining noise may possibly be the fan. hook it up and have a listen to some music, the Ti amps are not known to have bad caps that I know of....

the heatsinks should not be sticking up like that by any means. Looks like someone might have had it apart already. If you have electrical exp you might be able to get it runnin otherwise check out alex.
