XS2500 Replacement Parts

Hi New to the forum hopefully this is posted in the correct place.
I have an XS2500 that was hooked up in my STi driving subs along with an XS4600 driving high end. I sadly had to part with the car for a truck as a homeowner. The 2500 went into storage as both amps weren't needed in an extended cab truck.
A year or so ago I got another car and hooked both up and when I turned on the power the sub squealed and the main fuse on the battery as well as both fuses on the 2500 blew. The 4600 was fine. All wiring was correct and the sub functioned fine off the rear channels of the 4600 so now problems with the sub.
A local audio shop said it was closet gremlins. The problem I am having is finding a substitute for the ST P60NE06-16 that is blown. I understand all of the fet's and the resistors should be changed at this point but even a local electronics supply was unable to find a suitable substitute. Any ideas what caused the failure and what part I can swap in to get it functioning again ?? Here are some pics of the carnage.
Thanks Shawn
